BFM Training Island Environment

I joined Industrial Toys from January 2022 to February 2023 as a Senior Environment Artist on Battlefield Mobile. Our goal with this game was to set a high bar for a AAA mobile experience. This included large destructible environments and graphics that pushed the mobile hardware to its limits. This is the Training Island map. My tasks for this map included world-building and some content creation. Many of the assets such as the shipping crates, containers, and vehicles had been ported over from the console Battlefield games or created by other artists. I created the main warehouse feature and the ship construction inside the warehouse. My world-building responsibilities included map ownership, large structural layouts, block-out, and proxy creation, composing the roads, building foundations, path splines, set dressing, decals, and optimization. I collaborated closely with the art lead, level designer, and lighting artist while working on this map.

*NOTE This map was a collaborative effort. I only take credit for the world-building, warehouse model and the ship construction model in the warehouse. Many of the asset kits were ported from the console game or made by other artists.
